Do you deliver to and collect from London?
Yes, we offer our baby equipment hire service nationwide.

I need help and have questions about booking my order?
Please feel free to contact us through our contact us page and we will be happy to help you with your enquiry or order.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required for the hire of each item and will be refunded to you as soon as the equipments have been returned to us in good working order. Upon collection, your deposit will be refunded to you by the same means as it was paid. Any damages or cleaning costs will be deducted first.

Is there a minimum rental period?

The shortest hire period is 1-3 days. The cost is the same, whether you hire the goods for one or three days.

Do you provide bed linen (sheet and blanket)?
Linen packs can be purchased for use from our I love hometime range.

Do you provide mattress?
Yes, this is provided with all our cot beds and it is included free of charge.

Can I extend my hire?
Yes, you are more than welcome to extend the period of hire provided the goods are not reserved by another customer. Please get in contact with us as soon as you know that your plans have changed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the condition of the equipments and is it clean?
All our equipments are in excellent condition. Before any of our products go out the door they are cleaned thoroughly, sanitised, checked and rechecked. We prepare it as though our own child was using it. Quality, health and safety come first for us. Anything that does not meet our quality and standards is removed from our inventory immediately. We take great pride in our equipment keeping it up to high standards in presentation and hygiene.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We will provide you with a full refund up to three working days (Monday to Friday) before the hire start date. We will refund you 70% of the total hire charge for all other cancellations. Over the Christmas period (20th – 31st December) there is no refund if hires are cancelled within 5 days before the arranged delivery.

How do I return hired items?
We will arrange for the collection of the items from you the day after the end of the hire period. Please contact us with your collection requirement, if you have any.
